It is with great sadness that we share the passing of L. Thompson Stanley, who left us on February 23rd, 2016. Brother Stanley graduated from Virginia Tech in 1964 with a degree in business management, and was the third cadet to have been a brother of the Sigma Alpha Dekes. One of brother Stanley's last wishes was to have his paddle returned back to the Deke house where it was born, to be displayed and preserved there. This we will most certainly do.
